How to Schedule an Appointment
We do not use online booking. The fastest way to schedule is to call (912) 381-0985 during office hours. You can also send us a message with the form on this page. Let us know:
- your name and the best phone number to reach you,
- which office you prefer, Douglas or Ocilla,
- the type of visit you need, such as an annual exam, a pregnancy visit, an HRT or weight loss consultation, or an aesthetic treatment,
- and any days or times that work best for you.
Please do not include detailed medical information in the form. We will discuss your health privately when we call you back. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Both offices share one phone number, so you can call (912) 381-0985 any day we are open and our team will help you find the right time and place for your visit.
Before Your Visit
New and returning patients can review our patient information page to learn how to prepare. For OB-GYN visits, bring your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any questions you want to ask. For aesthetic visits, plan to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and a list of the skincare products you use.
You can contact us about OB-GYN care and well-woman exams, high-risk pregnancy care and prenatal visits, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, Botox and Dysport, Juvederm fillers, CO2 laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
Women's Health Clinic welcomes new patients from Douglas, Ocilla, Fitzgerald, Tifton, Pearson, Willacoochee, Ambrose, Enigma, Alma, Nicholls, Broxton, and the surrounding South Georgia communities. Not sure which office is closest? Just ask when you call and we will help you decide.

Which days is each office open? Our Ocilla office at 357 W Cargile Rd is open Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Wednesday, 8:30am to 12:00pm. Our Douglas office at 1022 W Bryan Street is open Wednesday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.
Do both offices use the same phone number? Yes. Call (912) 381-0985 to reach Women's Health Clinic for either the Douglas or the Ocilla office.
Are you accepting new patients? Yes. We welcome new patients at both offices for OB-GYN care, hormone therapy, weight loss, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatments.
